Refunds/Returns

Due to the nature of my products, I do not offer refunds unless there was a mistake made on my end (your item was damaged, I sent the wrong thing, etc.). It’s important to check the size chart before ordering! However, if you need to return your item for a different size, please contact me. 

To start a refund, you can contact us at contact@sewgenesis.com.

If you request a return, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You can always contact us for any return questions. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@sewgenesis.com.

Fulfillment
Processing times can vary depending on what you’ve ordered. I typically get orders out within 1-3 days, but it can take up to 2 weeks if I need to order a particular style (I don’t always have blanks on hand).

Shipping
I’m in the business of custom embroidery and design. I trust the United States Postal Service to deliver packages! Once I process, package, and hand off your parcel to the Post Office, it is ENTIRELY out of my control.
All orders include a tracking number so you can keep tabs on the movement of your order!
